Since graduating from the University of Arizona Retailing and Consumer Sciences program, Leigh Bernstein has worked for two industry leaders; Home Depot and Nike, gaining experiences in Retail, Product and Merchandising. For the last 6 years, Leigh has worked for Nike and currently oversees the Kids global footwear business. Prior to this role, she spent 3 years in the Nike Global Basketball category overseeing apparel, and creating the first ever Women’s Basketball apparel product line. In addition to everyday responsibilities at Nike, Leigh has been involved in recruiting interns and retaining talent from the University of Arizona for the past 4 years.
