How We Support Retail Education-- Second to None

We offer the best of both worlds in preparing an emerging management workforce by combining the resources of  a vibrant 'Center of Excellence in Retailing", and The University of Arizona's Retailing and Consumer Sciences (RCSC) academic program, housed in the same state of the art, collaborative facility in the John and Doris Norton School of Family and Consumer Sciences.

The RCSC faculty's expertise places students at the crossroads of where retailing is headed in the advent of unprecedented disruption of traditional business models and speed of  light technology. The RCSC academic program blends the understanding of the right now 'consumer demands', while teaching analytical skills and a broad-based knowledge of the key drivers of multichannel commerce.

The Lundgren Center's student programs encourage learners from across the UA campus to aspire to be the  rising stars of retail, whether their interests lie in buying, design, e-commerce, logistics, merchandising, product development, security, analytics or any other of the many disciplines vital to today’s retailing and consumer science professions.

We seek out exciting real-word competitive projects, industry marketing competitions and provide meaningful scholarships awarded for leadership, academic excellence and financial need.
