Hi everyone, my name is Courtney Nash and I am honored to be one of the newest members of the Student Advisory Board. As a Junior in the Retailing and Consumer Sciences major, minoring in Fashion and Business Administration, this program has given me endless opportunities. Personally speaking, the more our students get involved, the more they are able to get out of it. Whether it be from attending personal development programs, case competitions put on by our partners, or simply being a member of one of our clubs, there is a place for everyone! This is why my main objective for being the committee chair of our Outreach program, is to get as many of our student to understand all of the opportunities the TJLC can offer them.
Growing up in a family full of business enthusiasts and entrepreneurs, I always figured I'd go to college and graduate with a business degree. After making the best decision of my life to attend the University of Arizona, I read into the Retailing major and instantly knew it would be the best outcome for me. Seeing first hand how much each and every professor, advisor and director wants to see our students succeed is like no other. With the intimate environment and friendly nature, going to class has become a joy in my day.
I'm so excited to see what the next year holds for me and the growth of this program!
