The Student Advisory Board members act as ambassadors, connecting industry to students on campus.
The Terry J. Lundgren Center for Retailing's Student Advisory Board (SAB) seeks to facilitate relationships between industry and various majors at the University of Arizona, including those in the retailing and consumer sciences program. These ambassadors coordinate student programs, support the Center’s common values, and share in its vision to promote and develop the industry’s future retail leaders. Ambassadors are selected to serve on the Student Advisory Board through a selection process at the end of each semester based on faculty references, classroom performance, professionalism, and genuine interest. SAB meets every other week during the semester and facilitates various activities and events that require mandatory attendance and participation, including Center-sponsored student engagement opportunities.
