I am a Site Merchandising and Event assistant Merchandise Manager at Macy's.com. The retailing program helped me so much in my career: With focusing on customer interaction and sales through e-commerce in my current role, classes such as Customer Behavior have been brought to life for me upon graduating. RCSC was able to help define how to build a brand and the importance of recognizing who your customer is. At Macy's.com, I have taken these lessons into account by being challenged on a daily basis to strategize new ways for a seamless/unique customer experience on our site.
