Less than a month after graduating from the Terry J. Lundgren Center for Retailing in May 2011, Nolan found himself in the heart of the advertising world: Madison Avenue in New York City. He hit the ground running at Publicis Healthware International, a digital healthcare advertising agency, where he served as a strategist for multiple pharmaceutical brands.
From there, he’s expanded his skillset at powerhouse digital shops, IOMEDIA and Carat, where he served the agency’s biggest client: pharma giant, Pfizer.
Currently, Nolan plays a key role on the strategy team at Daggerwing Health, an agency that specializes in “changing beliefs, behaviors, and lives” of healthcare consumers. To gain insight into his consumers, Nolan draws from his experience in the Terry J. Lundgren Center for Retailing, specifically Dr. Helms’ RSCS 340 Consumer Behavior, PSYC 290 Research Methods, and Professor Kramer’s RCSC 320 Brand Planning courses.
