The National Retail Federation (NRF) is the world's largest retail trade association, representing retailers of all sizes—from global brands and emerging startups to technology companies and entrepreneurs. Through the NRF Foundation, students gain access to leadership development, scholarships, career resources, networking opportunities, and the nation's premier retail conferences.

Experience New York City
NRF Foundation Student Program & Retail's Big Show
Each January, selected University of Arizona students travel to New York City to attend the NRF Foundation Student Program and Retail's Big Show.
The Student Program connects students with executives, recruiters, and industry professionals through keynote sessions, networking, mentorship, and career opportunities. Retail's Big Show showcases the latest innovations shaping the future of retail—from AI and technology to merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and consumer experience.
NRF Foundation Scholarships
The NRF Foundation offers numerous scholarship opportunities that recognize leadership, academic achievement, and passion for retail. Scholarships can provide tuition awards, travel funding to New York City, and opportunities to compete in national case studies and present to retail executives.
