Exciting News: Executive in Residence at the Norton School!

Dear Students & Faculty,

I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the new Executive in Residence at the Terry J. Lundgren Center for Retailing! As a proud 2005 graduate of the Retail and Consumer Sciences program, I couldn’t be more excited to return and support the next generation of retail and business leaders.

With nearly two decades in the retail industry—including leadership roles at Walmart and Serta Simmons Bedding, where I most recently served as CEO—I’ve navigated the ever-evolving world of retail, e-commerce, and business strategy. Now, I’m here to share that experience with you!

How Can I Support You?

I’ll be volunteering weekly office hours to mentor students on topics such as:

• Career Coaching & Resume Building
• Interview Preparation & Leadership Development
• Industry Insights & Retail Trends
• Personal Branding & Strategic Growth

Additionally, I’ll be collaborating with the Center on strategic initiatives, guest lecturing, and hosting workshops and seminars to help you sharpen your skills and prepare for successful careers.
